\\ school stuff \\ cavemen style \\

hello everyone

i am finally on my winter break!

so far, i have managed to clean our apartment like a maniac

with the help of my lovely mom (thank you mom, you know what for!)

work at the shop where i work throughout the school year

munch on a lot of unhealthy snacks (that's PMS for ya)

and not vacation or rest too much...

but enough complaining!

the pictures you see here are of my final project

for my illustration course this semester

today was my last animation class for this semester.

we handed in our final projects for the course.

the topic of the project was supposed to be "my secret"

this is what i made

(unfortunately, i couldn't resist

telling you and the world last week already

so i ruined the surprise.

oh well. maybe next time :) )

8 weeks, 3 days, 1 shrimp!

well well, what do you know...

we're expecting a baby shrimp!

i'm currently entering the 9th week

and except for a whole lot of nausea

and a whole lot of fatigue

i'm feeling pretty great :)

we're excited and ecstatic and thrilled and scared shipples!

(just like anyone would be!)

\\ cha cha cha changes \\ school stuff \\

i mean. seriously. how cute are they??

things that happend since the last time i posted:

* 2 big illustration projects were handed in at school

* our kitchen has been completely renovated due to a pluming problem (it's now orange!)

* the weather finally began matching the time of year (yay, storms!)

and so...

* we finally changed into our down blankets - it's spooning time!

* the world hasn't come to an end - it's december 22nd! woot!

* we got swarley a brand new rain coat

* and jesse and i started working on an amazing new project together (which i will tell you more about very soon!)
