last week, we went to the wedding of our close friends
xue-jun and ran
it was a very special wedding of a very special couple:
they met through a friend 3 years ago (online!)
fell in love, got married in china
and came to live here in israel
xue-jun converted to judaism, and now they got married again
this time with all their israeli friends and loved ones present :)
(i don't know many people who got married twice,
without getting divorced first!)
they were very excited to get married here in israel
ran held his mother's hand under the chuppah
(i absolutely love capturing these moments on camera)
xue-jun wor a a traditional red chinese wedding dress
but also - a veil (which is uncommon in the chinese tradition
and is common in the jewish one)
ran broke the glass on his first attempt!
and all the while - jesse was one of the four chuppah holders
my mom saw these shades in asos
and asked me to order them for her
she told me to order a pair for me as well :)
i think it's cute, when we walk together, wearing the same shades :)
(and btw, isn't the print on this dress gorgeous??)

בכלל, החתונה הזאת שימחה אותי. אני כל כך אוהבת שאנשים מעולמות שונים נפגשים והופכים לזוג. זה הופך את כל ליפה יותר. שיהיה להם המון אושר.
