i love this look for a few reasons

the first - it has quite a few twists in it:

the big 70's collar

 the super long sleeves

the scallop-hemmed shorts

the second - this knit used to belong

to my beloved grandpa

the third - these were my wedding shoes

the fourth - i love mixing high and low

and this bib is a perfect item to mix into "high" looks 

last but not least - i love shiny glossy items

(and bows, as you may know by now)

there's nothing better, in my mind

than wearing fond memories
